How to Translate Outlook Emails Instantly (Without Copy-Pasting)

Translating an incoming email
Open any email, click the Inbox Translate icon in the ribbon, and the add-in detects the source language automatically and translates the full thread — including nested replies — into your preferred language, right below the original text.
Translating your reply before sending
Write your reply in your own language, then use the same button to translate it into the recipient's language before sending. You can review the translation side-by-side with your original text, so you always know exactly what's being sent.
What languages are supported
Inbox Translate currently supports English, Spanish, Portuguese and Korean out of the box, with more languages added based on demand. Some language pairs translate entirely on your device; others use a secure backend translation service automatically — you don't need to configure anything.
